This position is located in Mahikeng, North West.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience as a Supervisor within the hospitality environment, who perform their tasks with integrity and with attention to detail.

• *Minimum Requirements**:

– Grade 12 will be essential.
– At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
– Computer literacy.
– Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
– Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
– Experience in a busy fast-food environment will be advantageous.
– Excellent administration skills.
– Leadership and decision-making ability.
– Attention to detail is essential.
• *Duties and Responsibilities**:

– Ensure daily housekeeping is done throughout the whole restaurant.
– Assisting and overseeing all the kitchen staff and their tasks.
– Responsible for daily stock take.
– Receiving and replenishing stock.
– Communicate with management when stock levels are low.
– Must be able to handle cash-ups.
– Ensure that all station checklists ae being used and that there are no bottlenecks.
– Liaising with customers regarding orders or complaints.
– Assist management to achieve operational targets.
