Purpose of the Role

As the face and voice of the CCMA, you will be entrusted with the vital task of welcoming and guiding all visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience and upholding the standards of excellence that define the CCMA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the reception area and switchboard with efficiency and grace

  • Provide accurate information, direction, and guidance to visitors and internal stakeholders

  • Handle telephone inquiries, forward calls, and take detailed messages

  • Maintain neat, organized reception and general office administration functions

  • Offer clerical support and assist with visitor logistics when required


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a professional or corporate reception/switchboard environment

  • A strong command of communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional presentation and commitment to exceptional client service
