Purpose of the Role
As a Data Capturer within the EPWP Unit, your primary mission will be to support key administrative functions, ensure the integrity of captured data, and assist in driving effective employment initiatives through accurate record-keeping and process coordination.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Qualification
-
At least 6 months of proven administrative and data capturing experience
-
Experience with EPWP Reporting System (EPWPRS) will be a significant advantage
Core Responsibilities
-
Efficiently capture and manage programme-related data
-
Provide reliable administrative and clerical support to the EPWP unit
-
Assist with general office tasks, including minute-taking and file management
-
Support accurate reporting and recordkeeping practices to meet department standards
Key Competencies & Skills Required
Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fast and accurate typing & data entry skills

Basic knowledge of EPWPRS and Local Government Systems
Administrative Excellence:

Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong coordination and communication skills

Professional minute-taking and basic report-writing abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
