Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an SDC Learnership, candidates must meet the following requirements:
✔ South African Citizen (Must have a valid South African ID)
✔ B-BBEE Black Person (African, Indian, or Coloured as per B-BBEE Act)
✔ Educational Requirement: Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Age Requirement: Between 18 and 28 years old
✔ Availability: Must be available for the full 12-month learnership program
✔ Commitment: Attendance of mandatory practical training is required
✔ Open to Persons with Disabilities: Candidates living with disabilities are encouraged to apply*
