Minimum Requirements:

โœ” Education: A recognized three-year Bachelorโ€™s Degree, National Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
โœ” Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience. (Preference given to youth with minimal work history to support career development.)
โœ” Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) and its reporting protocols.
  • Understanding of EPWPโ€™s integration with national, provincial, and municipal government structures.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ“Œ Upload supporting documentation onto the system, including ID copies, contracts, and timesheets.
๐Ÿ“Œ Ensure all programme documentation is accurate, verified, and submitted correctly.
๐Ÿ“Œ Collect, reconcile, and submit timesheets for processing.
๐Ÿ“Œ Prepare and complete monthly Payment Progress Reports (PPR).
๐Ÿ“Œ Identify discrepancies in data submissions and provide exception reports.
๐Ÿ“Œ Track and submit documents for finance processing.
๐Ÿ“Œ Facilitate the sending and receiving of official parcels and correspondence.
๐Ÿ“Œ General administrative duties to support project implementation.
