Role Overview:
The Administration Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations. This position requires an individual who can efficiently monitor and maintain office equipment, manage essential resources, and support CCMA staff in their daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Stock Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping of office inventory and compliance with procurement procedures.
- Office Administration: Maintain office efficiency by managing documentation, scheduling tasks, and supporting team operations.
- Access Control: Oversee security and regulate access to the office premises.
- Building & Facility Maintenance: Ensure all office assets, facilities, and equipment remain in optimal working condition.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) with an additional one-year administration certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant administrative experience within an office or administrative environment, including exposure to basic handyman tasks.
