Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, ensuring clear communication of terms, regulations, and procedures.
- Provide support to customers during flight disruptions or cancellations.
- Handle and protect confidential passenger information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Escalate any challenging situations to the Supervisor on duty.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous airport and ticket sales experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability: Willing to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
