🔎 Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the 2025 RMA Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
🔹 South African Citizen (RSA)
🔹 Unemployed & Between 18 – 35 Years Old
🔹 Completed Senior Certificate (Matric)
🔹 Proficiency in English (Good comprehension & communication skills)
🔹 Passion for Financial Services (A strong desire to build a career in this industry)
🔹 No Prior INSETA-Registered Learnership Experience (Applicants must NOT have participated in an INSETA-accredited learnership before)
