Position Details
1. Gift Wrapping Assistant
Enhance the customer experience by providing professional gift-wrapping services with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert gift wrapping using various styles and materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing wrapping station.
- Assist customers in selecting wrapping options.
- Ensure gift presentation meets company standards.
- Provide friendly, professional customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Retail experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Till Operator
Manage transactions efficiently while ensuring excellent service at the checkout counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Balance float at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized till area.
- Follow company policies on cash handling and procedures.
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Basic numeracy skills (counting, calculations).
- Prior experience operating tills is beneficial.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in cash management.
3. Sales Assistant
Support customers in their shopping experience while ensuring the sales floor remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and queries.
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation.
- Provide information on promotions and special offers.
- Ensure store displays align with merchandising standards.
- Help drive sales and meet store targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic product knowledge and an understanding of store offerings.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
